Strategy support for an early-stage AI startup: workshops, research and positioning, turned into a presenter-led interactive demo for client and investor conversations.

An early-stage AI startup brought me in with a lot of thinking and no single story. Workshop notes, pre-reads, walkthroughs, and a founding team who could each explain the product a little differently. The job was to turn that into one narrative the whole company could stand behind, and something tangible to show.

I ran the discovery and alignment workshops, did the research that pressure-tested the positioning, and locked the narrative down to a one-line thesis and the proof behind it. Then, instead of a deck, I built the pitch as an interactive demo: seven screens, about eight minutes, driven by the presenter, with a guided tour so anyone on the team could give it. Every request from the review rounds was logged and mapped to a change, so the demo and the story never drifted apart.

The demo is in use in client and investor meetings. The company's name is withheld here.
