Led product and UX for a two-sided carbon credit exchange demo on Zilliqa: a mobile flow for retail buyers and a trading desk for institutions.
GMEX wanted to show that carbon trading can be simple and open to everyone. We built a two-sided demo on Zilliqa, and I led the product and UX strategy end to end.
For retail users, I designed a lightweight, mobile-first flow. People could browse carbon projects, redeem GREE tokens for offsets and get instant confirmation from the smart contract, without crypto jargon.
For institutions, we designed a desktop interface where traders submit RFQs, track quotes and lock assets in wUSDT or XSGD.
I worked across the smart contract design, the back-end flows and the front-end design, and kept the FIX integration in scope with the engineers. Gas was pre-funded for users and prices synced by script. The result was a working marketplace demo with real-time logic.
