Accessibility statement

I want this site to work for everyone, whatever you use to read it. This page says what I aim for, what I have checked, and what is still missing.

Where the site stands

My target is WCAG 2.2 AA, and I aim higher where it is cheap to do so, for example 7:1 contrast on body text. The automated checks covered the three visual versions of the site, in English and French, on a phone and on a desktop.

Date of the last automated checks: .

What was done on 6 November 2026: automated checks with axe on every page, in the three looks, in English and French, on a phone and on a desktop; a Lighthouse accessibility score of 100; and browser tests for keyboard and focus, target size, reduced motion and reflow. The forced-colours check was done in browser emulation; I have not yet tested it on a real Windows machine.

Manual checks with screen readers and voice control are planned, following a written protocol. Until they are done, this statement does not claim them.

Known limitations

  • I have not yet tested with a screen reader or with voice control. VoiceOver comes first; NVDA, JAWS and TalkBack are not covered yet.
  • There is no sign-language video. The site has no audio or video today.
  • One archived legacy page is outside this audit. It is not linked from the site.
  • Automated tests miss things. If you find one, tell me.

Feedback and contact

If something is hard to use or read, write to me through the contact page. Tell me the page and what you use, and I reply within a day. I will fix it or offer you the content another way.
